Supported by DuPontCorian® at tincan by AL_A

While designing a new cultural centre in Lisbon, the AL_A team discovered a former fishing tackle shop which was transformed into a tiny, vibrant restaurant serving only tinned seafood. What started as lunch quickly became an idea, and subsequently a new project: to bring the culture and sensibility of an architect's studio to a restaurant serving the best tinned fish in the world.
Tincan elevates the humble tin to an object of desire in an environment designed by AL_A. Everything in the restaurant from light fittings and wall displays, to tables and chairs, will be created specifically for the space.

Deep Bedrock - An absolutely grounded tone, the flecks of
golden tan, black and ivory imply fertile soil and rich resources.
Steadfast on its own, it can appear playful when coordinated
with lighter solid colors

Recommended colour for kitchen worktop applications

Deep Caviar - Dark with subtle flecks that appear to catch light,
this hue appears both delicate and opulent, much like its namesake.

Deep Espresso - Luscious, exclusive and rich as its namesake
beverage, this deep brown, influenced by black,
offers the depth of black with the
added warmth afforded by the brown.
It can be or grounded or elegant and maintain its poise.

Deep Mink - Luxury with a bit of a twist,
this chameleon hue of brown and green contains understated
flecks that aren't immediately visible,
adding to its exclusivity and making it that much more desirable.

Deep Storm - Busy flecks of natural colors create a flurry
of action in this pattern. The dark background is lifted up
with the flecks to keep its base from becoming
too visually heavy.

Deep Sable - As the name suggests, it is a warm,
sophisticated color. A deep hue that whispers at olive
and hovers near brown, it also plays off the depth of
a forest primeval.
